<p>Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Victoria on a last-minute photo shoot for a modeling role she was applying for. Despite the short notice, it was exciting to help her achieve her goals. A makeshift studio was set up in the garage, using a new maple backdrop to create a polished and professional look.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Upon Victoria's arrival, her determination and passion were immediately apparent. Though currently working in the legal industry, her seriousness about pursuing a modeling career was clear. She is currently working towards a candidacy in the Miss Universe pageant right here in the heart of Vancouver! As the shoot began, it quickly became obvious that she was a natural in front of the camera&mdash;her confidence and poise made the process smooth and enjoyable.</p>

<p>The focus was on capturing Victoria's unique personality and style, emphasizing her strengths and showcasing her versatility as a model. Despite the challenges of working in a makeshift studio, creativity and skill came together to produce stunning images that would help her stand out to potential clients.</p>

<p>Overall, the shoot was a success, resulting in high-quality images to support Victoria's modeling aspirations. Working with talented individuals like her makes photography so rewarding. <p style="text-align: justify;">We recently had a wedding that really leveled up their photobooth game. With a live photographer and a mobile portrait studio set up, it added a whole new dynamic to the event. This lovely couple was actually referred to us by another wedding that we had shot, so it was awesome to see some familiar faces in the crowd. They were so easy to work with and even made sure we were taken care of while we were there. The wedding took place on May 4th, which I couldn't help but think might be a Star Wars reference, how cool is that? The guests were all so fun and engaging, and we even got to catch up with some old friends that we hadn't seen in a while. We set up our mobile portrait studio at the Royal Garden Seafood Restaurant in Richmond, BC, and despite the hustle and bustle of the busy restaurant, we managed to carve out a little spot for ourselves and make some magic happen. Capturing moments like these is what makes being a photographer so special. It's about freezing those little moments in time that we wish could last forever. And this wedding was definitely one for the books. Can't wait for the next one!</p>
